01 — The canvas

A perspective, not an elevation.

The template looks like a flat drawing of the tower. It isn't. It is the building seen from across Burj Lake, so a circle drawn in the file reads as a circle from the fountain — and stretches everywhere else. Every preview here projects your file exactly that way.

02 — Pre-flight

Eight checks before it goes up.

The tower unfolds into the flat canvas and the file is measured against the specification: anything falling outside the facade, detail too fine to survive the pitch, gradients that will band in HAP, flashing faster than three times a second. The report downloads as a page you can send to the client.

03 — The view

It reads differently from every side.

Head-on from the fountain. Steeply foreshortened from the promenade below. A thin silhouette from Business Bay, two kilometres out. Move the camera and the content follows the real geometry — including the setbacks that cut a logo in half when it sits at the wrong height.

04 — The hour

6:30 pm is not 9 pm.

The early window plays into a sky that is still blue, and the city underneath is still bright. The same file that carries at nine can disappear at half six. Set the clock, dim the city, and judge it at the hour it will actually run.
